Hotel 88 Embong Kenongo - Kayun By Wh - Surabaya

Liked a very pleasant stay with strategic and reasonably priced location near train station and a breakfast included. The staff were hospitable, excellant. Location: the hotel was short walk to Tunjungan Plaza or Plaza Surabaya and the Submarine Museum and nearest mall. Had lunch/dinner at Hisato Japanese Cuisine, which I found not too far from the property. Everything was simply fine.

The bed was so comfy, and the room was really well-kept and practical. the breakfast spread was amazing, with lots of Western options and top-notch omelettes. 🍳 Also, its location in the heart of everything was super convenient.

we enjoyed the hotel - it suited our needs. the location was particularly good and marvellous and a train station was near the property. the breakfast was savoury and tasty, no complaints whatsoever.

Perfect for the price! the staff here is so nice and friendly 😊. I really liked my room - it was modern and super clean.

The room was bigger than I expect. There was a small window but nice view. Clean room and great bed.

The value for money at 88 Embong Kenongo - Kayun By Wh was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a great location. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our early check-in, and the nearby shopping mall and train station made it convenient for exploring the city.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety or options.

I like the location the best, it is very central and walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza in a quiet neighbourhood. My room was a bit small, but that was because I got a king size bed, which for 1 person was too large off course :-). Warm water was particularly fast to get at the shower, toilet + bathroom were clean enough. Free Wifi was also important for me, but the last few days, connection was interrupted a few times, I think they could do with a different provider. But generally, I was very happy to have found this hotel, furthermore it was just opposite to the old house of my grandparents family which was a personal visit for me.

Small room, small bathroom, poor water quality and no carpet floor

We will definitely come back here when in Surabaya. the hotel is in a quiet location with friendly staff at the reception desk. the building and rooms are nice and functional. the location is convenient, just minutes from Monumen Kapal Selam, and not too far from downtown. the airport is easily accessible as it's only 16 miles away.

Reasonable price for the standard provided.Welcome drink provided FOC at lobby.
